These details will only be used by Chamber Business Training for your CIPS studies.

    Booking a Course
A registration form must be completed and submitted to Chamber Business Training. Upon receipt of your registration we will send you email confirmation of receipt and acceptance onto the course.

We will invoice you up to 6 weeks before the course starts or upon receipt of a completed registration form. All invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of the date of the invoice or before the course starts whichever is the sooner – failure to do so may result in your not being able to attend/ your place not being secured.

    Student Responsibilities
Students are required to attend the classroom based tutorial sessions on the dates specified in the course schedule. If students do not attend tutorial sessions on the specified dates then they will be expected to make efforts to catch up in their own time. If the student requires additional tutorials to catch up then CBT will reserve the right to make an additional charge to cover the provision of additional tuition time.

If students are studying on a Distance learning package then CBT will allocate a personal tutor to provide up to 18 months tutor support. The student will be responsible for arranging any calls via phone/ Skype with their allocated tutor.

Students commit to completing their course/level in the timescale specified. If for whatever reason the student does not complete the course in the timescale specified then CBT reserve the right to make reasonable, additional charges for the student to receive extra tutor support or 121 Skype sessions.

By completing and submitting this online registration form the student is signing up for a level of CIPS training (eg: Level 2) and will be liable to pay the cost for a full level which is 5 units. Students may pay by the unit only with prior agreement from CBT. If a student fails to complete the full level of five units which they have signed up for then, we regret they will not be entitled to a refund.

CBT commit to provide the student with full access to our resource platform giving access to any documents resources or videos. CBT reserve the right to cancel a course if that course does not attract a sufficient number of students. CBT will make every effort to provide training in an alternative format or location in this instance. CBT reserve the right to change course dates on the course schedule, but will aim to provide the same number of dates over the duration of the course.

If a student wishes to cancel their course more than 45 days before the course start date they will be charged 50% of the invoice value. If a student wishes to cancel their course less than 45 days before the course start date they will be charged 75% of the original invoice value. If you wish to cancel your course once the course has started then we regret we are unable to make any refund, although you have the option to place another candidate from your organisation on the course in your place during the duration of the course.

    Examination Entry

Whilst our tutors are available to assist and advise where required, it is the student’s responsibility to ensure they are entered for the appropriate examination. Students will be issued with a course schedule detailing the examination entry deadline dates at the start of your course.
